Orders are placed through the Website, subject to product availability.

2. Product Warranty
The Company is responsible for defective or damaged products upon delivery.
If a product is received damaged or faulty, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neshclub.com and provide relevant details and proof of the issue.
The Company will review the case and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable and in accordance with applicable laws.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through the Website.
The use of the products is at the customer’s own risk. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused to the customer, users, or any third party as a result of the use of the products.
