Refund policy

Returns and refunds are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• A ₪40 flat-rate return shipping fee will apply.
• No restocking fees will be charged.
• All items are eligible for return, unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
